Galendo adalah makanan khas dari kabupaten Ciamis Jawa Barat. Makanan ini berasal dari santan kelapa murni yang diolah dalam proses pembuatan minyak kelapa murni. Galendo itu sendiri sebenarnya hasil akhir dari pendidihan santan kelapa sampai bahan tersebut kering berminyak. Jadi Galendo ini santan kelapa yang dikeringkan sebelum diperas untuk diambil minyaknya. Rasanya sendiri manis dan gurih.
Galendo sering digunakan dalam olahan makanan seperti sambal, lauknya nasi, lemper ataupun dage (galendo yang difermentasikan). Dan minyak kelapanya sendiri (minyak keletik) aromanya begitu khas dan menyehatkan.
